Wysłany: Wczoraj 4:11 Michael Carrick has served as Jose Mourinho's assistant
MANCHESTER UNITED coach Michael Carrick has refused to answer questions concerning Jose Mourinho and the maxbet current mood at the club, admitting rather worryingly that he would rather not talk about it. Former captain Carrick retired in May to take up a role on Mourinho’s coaching team and has even been tipped to replace the Portuguese tactician recently. Oddschecker claim that multiple bookmakers have taken bets on Carrick becoming a temporary replacement for United with maxbet Mourinho’s long-term future in doubt. The manager is under increasing pressure at Old Trafford following United’s start to the season, which has seen them lose four matches across all competitions already. Three of their defeats have come in the Premier League to leave them trailing rivals Manchester City, Chelsea and Liverpool all by seven points and even a new-look Arsenal by five points. Added to that, United fell to defeat to Derby County in the Carabao Cup third round and drew their last Champions League match 0-0 with Valencia on home soil. With maxbet a myriad of off-field problems creating a deepening division between Mourinho and some of his players - namely want-away midfielder Paul Pogba - his position has come into question. And 37-year-old Carrick, who spent 12 years of his playing career at United, opted not to discuss the current atmosphere at the club given the frustrations on and off the field. In an interview with the Manchester Evening News to promote his new upcoming autobiography, Carrick said when asked about the situation: ”Yeah... I wouldn't really want to get into that, to be honest with you."
